This individual will be instrumental in making that happen and helping to continue to define this offering for the firm. You will have the opportunity to build relationships both internally and externally, while helping to build out new pricing models and deal strategies.


  • Advising sales executives on the pricing, financial structuring, overall competitiveness and due diligence for managed services contracts ranging between $1M – $100M across all sectors
  • Developing and managing complex pricing and cost models in Microsoft Excel and other tools that help influence sales strategy, win themes and deal shape
  • Strong understanding of the Firm’s business, organizational structure and operations to effectively identify opportunities to support the Firm’s strategy and key initiatives
  • Engaging with pursuit teams and Americas Center of Negotiation to improve cash management through more effective: milestone payment structures, service fee structures, buy vs. lease decisions and contractual payment terms
  • Explaining difficult complex pricing issues and works to establish consensus; communicating issues and status reports to leadership and/or stakeholders
  • Staying current on ever changing business environment which drives various managed services pricing strategies
  • Managing complex to highly complex pricing and cost models that require the ability to create, structure, and implement timelines related to pursuit’s pricing deliverables, assign tasks and follow up on their completion and manage sponsor/customer expectations of the outcome of the deliverable
  • Present recommendations to pursuit team leadership on pricing and cost models and influences final decisions
  • Analyzing RFP (Request for Proposal), SOW (Statement of Work), and MSA (Master Service Agreement) documents to fully understand the business deliverables and scope of work from a financial perspective
  • Ensuring pricing and cost models adhere to the clients deal principles and profitability, Executive approvals, intercompany transfer pricing regulations, and internal reporting standards: financial pro forms are accurately stating future profit and loss and cash flow impacts; application of earned value, time & material to service fee revenue recognition, along with capital and operating lease cost management


  • 5-10 years of related work experience working for a global services consulting company
  • Pricing leadership experience including building price and cost models, deal financials, and competitive and price to win analysis
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Consultative-focused approach
  • Ability to think strategically and consider a broad range of factors when solving/prioritizing issues and making decisions
  • 5 years of experience in AMS, BPO, Instructure, Software as a Service, Cloud, and Managed Services
  • Have experience pricing international deals
  • Pursuits sales in the past 2 years > $25M USD
  • Experience with creation and customer presentation of business cases
  • Ability to influence and guide pursuit leaders
  • Global Solution experience in systems integration (SI), outsourcing, and management consulting (transformation, competency-based, strategic)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities


  • A Master’s or Bachelors degree in Finance, Management Information Systems, Accounting, Economics, Business or Computer Science.

Location: New York, NY

Salary: $140,000 – 180,000
