- Lead technical sales solution development, pricing, and presentation to clients for a variety of IT managed services, including end user support/help desk, desktop and application support, and hybrid infrastructure (public/private cloud, network, and on-premise) management.
- Work with Account Management, Business Operations, Client Services, Information Security, and Technology Services teams to develop solutions that meet multiple internal stakeholder needs including business, fulfilment, operations, security, and compliance needs.
- Demonstrate industry thought leadership and attract clients by utilizing the expertise, experience, strengths, and market reputation of our technology related competencies.
- Proactively monitor and assess industry/technology advancements and alliances, looking for ways to leverage existing capabilities and emerging technologies.
- In addition to external opportunities, identify existing internal capabilities that can be leveraged to advance our service offerings.
- Introduce and promote technology related services that complement our core legal and corporate market products resulting in incremental revenue opportunities.
- Develop proposals and business cases for new technology services as required.
- Familiarity with Managed Services, Industry trends, Consulting and Delivery Models
- Strong customer interface skills – communication & ability to lead client interactions
- Strong leadership skills – ability to influence and drive remote and matrixed pursuit teams
- Experience or familiarity with the ITIL framework.
- Technical Pre-sales and/or target-based selling experience.
- Ability to create, collaborate, guide and demand required solutions with global teams and present to customers confidently
- Good understanding of technology, delivery process in global delivery model
- Good understanding or familiarity with technology and solution orientation with pre-sales and target-based selling experience
